First step: Basically you can lower you graphics settings to Low.
Go to: Press ESC>VIDEO>ADVANCED
• Be sure you close the DX12 and sure about you chosed High Dynamic Range Mode on HDR10(Its will different about your pc parts).
•You can lower your Resulation Scale lower percentage. It will give you high fps. However your game will start to look trash.
Recomended percentage is %100 to see far enemy more better. But if your pc is not good, you can lower to 80-70 percentage(Lower setting make your game like trash).
If you able to make higher, put on HIGH settings.
• Be sure you selected Fullscreen mode on Settings>Video:
Select always Fullscreen.
If your monitor have high Hz settings, don't forgot to chose right option on FULLSCREEN RESOLUTION. Be sure its highest one.
Always be sure you closed Vertical Sync. It will take your fps away. For example:
If you open it like on right picture, your game will not get image distortion but it will take your fps.
If you use FIELD OF VIEW on high prosent you'll see more of the surroundings. However it will take your fps too. Use it on default or higher a bit. Its your chose.
• Motion Blur will make game looks perfect but it will take your too much fps.
Always use it on 0%
To avoid this, put on %0.
Lets talk about Weapon Dof.
Its all about ADS thing.
Making it OFF, will take your fps.
Cinematic effects:
Just close those 4 setting. Its giving better view but it will take your much fps.
Lets make your fps much higher. Open your game(dosen't metter your on server or menu) and open console.
Just a reminder: To open the console press key on key under ESC.
You can see your fps if you type to console PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1
Type: RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 0
it will give you miliseconds of delay on game but it will give you at least 20-60 fps. The fps will depend your pc parts. If it good it will give you high fps when its bad parts it will give not that much fps.
